A man in brightly colored robes approaches you, possibly because you're the only person alone on the Quad. At least he doesn't seem hostile.

He begins a long speech starting with how the University exists to pull the wool over your eyes. After a while, he wanders deeper into philosophy about how we're all really blind in this world.

The speech stretches on and on, until you find a convenient spot to slip away. As you leave, he gives you a couple pamphlets.
