Location
This location can be accessed through the first warehouse on the Docks. It closes once the Problems on the docks quest ends, but reopens with a new set of encounters in the Missing Artist quest. You need an air filter to enter.

Without an air filter:
Disgusting Warehouse
This building smells like someone left it filled entirely with meat before they abandoned it, months ago.You don't even want to consider going in there without a gasmask or something.

With an air filter:
You can get past the stench now and take your first step into the warehouse. It's like a whole other world.
Great rotten slabs of meat hang from the ceiling, explaining the stench, but there's a strange quality to the air. Almost like you're walking into someone else's dream.

- Join the digging - Take 1-2 damage, Get 2-4 of disturbing canvas, protein bar, paper mache, pep pills, ancient candybar
- Attack the rat - Fight Rat King
- Meditate in it (If etheric and have Poltergeist Spark) - Learn: 2-3 of Ghoul Bite, Trash Simulacrum
- Leave it alone - Nothing
- Run! - If you have not unlocked the Massive Scar encounter, Fight 2 Ghouls, otherwise
- Charge through - Enter below the charnel house
- Face the ghouls - Fight 2 ghouls and gain 2 bonus XP in Will
- Sneak away - Fight 1 ghoul and gain 1 bonus XP Reflexes, or gain 3 XP in Reflexes.
- Remain motionless - Fight 2 ghouls and gain 1 bonus XP Will, or gain 3 XP in Will.
- Go inspect it - Fight Giant Maggot
- Ignore the slab - Gain 1 XP in Will
- Steal the chain - Fight Giant Maggot, gain hooked chain if successful
The Artist - Only after seeing the artist on a disturbing canvas
- Get his attention - Allows you to get the Massive Scar choice encounter. Subsequent attempts have no effect, but use 1 energy.
- Gun him down - Shoots him, destroying the Charnel House area and granting you the Pyro skill. Also take 614-944 damage
- Leave him be - Nothing
Massive Scar - Only after trying to get the artist's attention
- Head in - Leads to Below the charnel house
- Leave it alone - Gain 3 XP Will
