Description	This is a toy soldier from another era, specifically the time leading up to the Orbital Wars if television documentaries don't betray you. It's surprisingly solid, both because they don't make toys like they used to and because OmniTech has never been known for particularly lasting products.

Use	If non-etheric: You play with your soldier a bit. It's really fun. They sure don't make toys like they used to. This soldier is solid. If etheric: The tiny soldier whirrs to life, standing and growing… or perhaps you're shrinking. The question is quickly rendered irrelevant by the sound of gunfire. While underwater: (Supersedes the other conditions) This soldier might have some electronic parts. It's probably better not to turn it on down here.
