When other players can see you, either in your profile page or in Gang Warfare, they'll see your Title along with your character name. If you've unlocked any Titles, you can choose which one is used in your Account Preferences (click your name in the upper left, then scroll down).
Some Titles are available commemorating various accomplishments in the game, but if you need just the right one, you can also request Custom Titles.
