Toxic Halloween Punch

Description	There's a good chance this bowl of vibrant green fluid is just water, sugar, and artificial coloring. It still looks like something dredged out of Lake Metroplex, though. As the bowl moves, its contents stick to the sides, creating a greenish film. Honestly, with this much sugar and coloring, it might have swung right back around and become toxic again.

Use	You drink the entire bowl of punch. The sweetness of the first sip is completely overwhelming but pales in comparison to the dregs at the bottom of the bowl. By the time you're done, you're shaking with poorly constrained energy.
Multi Use	You chug the bowls of punch. By the time you're done, your limbs are shaking from the sugar intake and your mouth looks like an demented clown's grin from the food coloring.
