Description	Intended to explain Halloween to children, this book was rapidly pulled from the shelves. Instead, it's become an underground classic with adults. Rather than explaining things dryly, it takes the form of a narrative where the Harvester enters someone's dreams and explains everything that Halloween is about. Glancing at the first few pages, the Harvester looks sort of intimidating, but she's mostly just giving out candy. It might just be another case of adults overreacting.

Use	The book proves to grow more and more disturbing as you read, with disobedient children made into candy or tortured in lurid detail. You read the story, feeling more and more like the Harvester is watching over your shoulder, ready to ask you "Trick or Treat?" (And, after the first time) But you already know all about that, so don't really have to read it again.
Effects	(First time only) You've learned a new Skill: Harvest Dreams Permanent Skill: You will have access to Harvest Dreams in any incarnation where Donation skills are available.

There is at least one item for sure similar to the library that is missed. If you understand how to get the library it should more or less pop out. But if you don’t get that it might seem more like an easter egg almost. If you understand the mechanics there are hopefully enough breadcrumbs.
