This place looks abandoned. You'd heard fewer people drive cars now, but this is downright spooky.
(And, after Halloween 2020):
Strange clacking sounds echo from deeper in the garage and the graffitti covering the pillars looks more like bloodstains than spraypaint.
Boarded Entrance:
This is boarded up.
Resting
You find a secluded corner to rest in. The others sleeping down here give you a once over, but seem content to leave you be.

Judging by this restaurant's name, it's mocking its predecessors ability to stay in business. Judging by the menu, it's mocking them by serving all of their food.Maybe you could try them out when they open.
