Description	This book purports to be the first in an encyclopedia covering modern myths and legends. Of course, the forward also mentions how all the researchers were found slaughtered in their office following the research. Of course, it's very likely they could have just made that up for publicity.

What are you trading?

Well, I decided to start selling this book I got a while back. It's an encyclopedia of myths and legends, but apparently it burns into people's heads and does weird stuff when they take Eclipse.

I haven't tried it myself, but I'm selling them for a coin a piece. It's a pretty good deal. Midgard only… lost the one shipment.

I've still got some of the goggles, some coats, and a few puzzle boxes left too, if you want to hear about those.

Tell me more about the book

Ah, the encyclopedia. It's a book about… well, they say modern legends, but they mean stuff people are afraid of. It's hard to call organ thieves or pollution contaminated food legends, you know?

It wouldn't be too weird, even the part where they claim everybody who worked on the book died, except that Midgard rounded up almost all the copies. The indie press says they burned them all, I dunno. What I do know is that I got my hands on a shipment that… went astray.

Now, the guy who brought them to me said they're a wicked good read, but I didn't think anybody would be interested. He came back later and gave me the whole load, said it was because I wasn't in to Eclipse.

Apparently every time he thinks about the legends while he's on Eclipse now, they start to come true. Now that's something I think folks might be interesting in.
