Description	It's not uncommon, especially among the older folks in Southside, to save tea bags for a second or third use. You have to imagine they don't usually end up getting covered in lint like this one, though. Ew.

Use	You carefully delint the tea bag and steep it for a few minutes. Wow, maybe that was a bit too long… it tastes like old socks and you manage to force it down with effort, but all can be forgiven when the caffeine kicks in.
Multi	To save time, you mash the tea bags together and steep them. Unfortunately, the tea bags seem intent on revenge, delivering up a tea that tastes like… well, the inside of old pants, but once you force your way past the flavor, you discover it has quite a kick.
Effects	Gain 1-3 Energy Gain 2 Will XP
