• Tainted Shoreline
• 5th Floor / 6th Floor of Damaged Buildings
• The Quad (before/after quest)
• Waterfront (before/after quest)

Things known to be affected by your location include:

• Green Shot (technique)
• Stellar Focus (technique)
• Skin Of The Wolf (technique)
• Rushing Image (technique)
• Ceiling Crawl (NPC technique)
• Take Root (technique)
• The various forms of the Rag Man only show up outside (but not while underwater).
• The Striding Hut encounter may only show up outside.
• Eye for Bugs (skill)
• spear of the sands (+4 Evasion Power and various encounters)
  • behemoth headwrap (+3 Stealth Defense)
  • behemoth vest (+3 Stealth Power)
  • behemoth pants (+3 Evasion Power)
