Description	Aged lace doesn't actually make a very good garotte, but you found this in your hands and well… sometimes you have to make do. On the bright side, this is actually covered in a thick layer of yellow paint on closer inspection. Admittedly, painted lace still isn't a great weapon, but it's better than the unadorned kind.
